Ke “Coco” Yang T8 at AJGA Junior at Carlton Oaks

Ke “Coco” Yang, 14, shot 76-76 (152) to finish in a tie for 8th in the AJGA Junior at Carlton Oaks. Although Coco was happy with her performance, she was concerned about the two double bogies she made, one in the first round and another in the second round. The 14 year old from Beaumont, CA, made 3 birdies and 6 bogies to round out her score.

Coco, has been “retooling” her swing under the tutelage of George Pinnell. Coco, has recently changed her shaft flex in her iron’s and is making change’s to her swing to improve her ball flight, according to Pinnell. Pinnell went on to say, “that Coco, is a really curious youngster who is full of question’s about her swing and how she can improve it. I believe that she will be a factor in junior event’s in the coming month’s.”

Congratulation’s to Coco!
