Mi-Jeong Jeon’s 64 Good For 3rd Win In 2010

Mi-Jeong Jeon, Japanese LPGA Tour Star won The Munsingwear Tokai Classic golf tournament, played at Mihama, Aichi Country Club. Mi-Jeong fired a blistering 64 with birdies on 15, 16, 17 and 18 to win her 3rd tournament of 2010. Mi-Jeong’s score of -14 was a result of good shot making and great putting. The victory pushed Mi-Jeong’s season’s winning’s to $503,296.00, 3rd on the money list.

Mi-Jeong is 3rd in Scoring with an average of 71.2105. She lead’s the tour in Average Number of Birdies with 3.81 per round, 2nd in Putting with a 1.7684 average and is 7th in GIR with an average of 69.0058.

The victory is Mi-Jeong’s 16th in her 5 1/2 year’s on tour. Quite a record for the 28 year old player from South Korea.
