Kristen Park, the 18 year old 2010 AJGA Rolex Player of the Year and 5 time Rolex All-American was selected as the Golf Digest 2010 best Girls’ Junior Amateur in the world. Golf Digest has been honoring the best players in the game since 1954.
Golf Digest write’s that, Kristen, the former U.S. Girls’ Junior champion from Buena Park, Calif., won three American Junior Golf Association Titles, including the Rolex Tournament of Champions. The high school senior won the Ping Invitational with a final-round 67 and was named AJGA Rolex Junior Player of the Year. She finished 2010 with a 72.72 scoring average.
