Jay Choi T4 After First Round of Sun Chlorella Classic On Japan PGA Tour

Jay Choi used 4 birdie’s and 27 putt’s to put him in a tie for 4th place with a -3 (69) at the Sun Chlorella Classic being played at Otaru Country Club, Hokkaido, Japan. Tetsuji Hiratsuka lead’s with an opening -7 (65).

Jay’s 27 putt’s consisted of 4 birdie’s and a bogey. He had a total of 9 one putt’s and the only blemish on his scorecard was a bogey on the par 3, 17th hole. The 26 year old failed to get up and down only 1 time in his 7 missed green’s. An admirable scrambling percentage of 85.7%.
