Breann Fox Named Player Of Year After Playoff Win At TaylorMade Tour Championship

Breann Fox, 14, Chino, Ca. won the Ventura Junior Golf Association TaylorMade Tour Championship that was contested at Monarch Dunes Tolf Club, Nipomo, Ca. Breann rolled in a 30 foot putt on the first playoff hole to win the championship. The young player from Chino shot 83-76 (159).

Breann won her final two tournaments of the season to claim her Player of the Year award. Along with the victory, Breann will receive a coveted AJGA Exemption and will be exempt on the Southern California PGA Toyota Tour for 2012. The win and POY award has motivated Breann to play even better this winter and in 2012.

Bradley Fox (Breann’s brother) finished in ninth place after scoring 79-77 (156) Breann and Bradley are coached by George Pinnell at the George Pinnell Golf Academy in Rowland Height’s, Ca., east of Los Angeles.
