Bradley Fox Grab’s 4th In 2012 Inland Empire Amateur Championship

Bradley Fox, Chino, CA, ended his summer with a 4th place finish in the 2012 Inland Empire Amateur Championship by posting 67-71-71 (209) only 2 shots off the winning score of 207 shot by Kevin Fitzgerald and Adam Marshall. Benjamin Lein, Diamond Bar, CA. finished in 3rd place at 208. The event was staged on three golf course’s, Moreno Valley Ranch, Goose Creek Golf Club and Oak Valley Golf Club.

Bradley will be an incoming freshman at the University of California, Riverside (UCR) and will play for the men’s golf team. His fourth place finish was an exciting experience for Bradley but in a conversation with his swing coach, George Pinnell, said, “I am happy to finish 4th, but golly, I had a chance and should have, at least, tied for first place.”

Bradley had only six bogey’s and a double to go along with 14 birdie’s to get to his -6 total over 54 holes. He credited his good putting and a new Callaway Razr Fit Driver for his solid performance. Brad is looking forward to entering college and playing at the collegiate level for UCR’s Division 1 program.

Bradley will join sophomore, Jason Semthiti at UCR. Jason is also coached by George Pinnell.
