Katherine, according to her coach, George Pinnell, “has had a good summer of growth physically and mentally in her golf game”. Pinnell went on to say, “Katherine work’s very hard on her game and is not distracted by other activities. This commitment will help her improve her play on the bigger stage’s and lead to more success in the coming years.”

Katherine has had a busy summer and had a great experience at her first AJGA Junior All-Star event in Michigan last week where a bogey on 18 put her into a playoff where her competitor drained a 17′ putt for birdie to “snatch” the victory away from Katherine. A tough lesson was learned, but now she understands what “finish” means.
