Kaitleen Shee Make’s Move in Final Round of Junior All-Star at Centennial

Kaitleen Shee who will be a sophomore at Diamond Bar HS, Diamond Bar, CA, shot a fantastic 68 in the closing round of the Junior All-Star at Centennial to move from 14th place to a tie for 3rd in the AJGA event played in Medford, Oregon.

Kaitleen shot 77-74-68 (219) and was extremely pleased (as was her coach) with the 68 that included a bogey free front 9 (started on the back side) with birdie’s on 10 and 11 and another on 14, to shoot 33 (-3). Kaitleen made the turn and made par on 1 and then birdied 2 before making her only bogey of the day on 4. The round was topped off with a birdie on 9, her final hole to shoot 35 (-1) for her 4 under 68.

Anna Zhou won the event with a 5 under 211 with Kiana Oshiro finishing 2nd with Kaitleen and Anabelle Chang tied for 3rd.

The AJGA All-Star Series is an event for junior’s aged 12-15. AJGA event’s are for junior’s 12-18. The LPGA and PGA Tour for Junior Golf.

Congratulation’s to Kaitleen for her fine performance’s in Medford, Kansas and Louisiana this summer.
